1. Sourced Items (Custom Orders)

Items sourced specifically upon customer request are non-returnable unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described. By placing an order for a sourced item, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
    •    Non-Returnable Items Include:
    •    Sourced or custom-requested products.
    •    Items made to order or personalised.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
    •    Timeframe: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
    •    Evidence Required: Provide clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.

3. General Returns (Non-Sourced Items)

For items that are not custom-sourced, you have the right to return them within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
    •    Conditions for Return:
    •    Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact.
    •    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

4. How to Request a Return

    2.    Provide Details: Include your order number, item description, and reason for return.
    3.    Return Authorization: We will provide instructions for returning the item.
    4.    Shipping: Ensure the item is securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked service.

5. Refunds
    •    Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.
    •    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exceptions

We do not accept returns for:
    •    Personalised or custom-sourced items (unless faulty).
    •    Perishable goods.
    •    Items sealed for hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
